The Challenge I participated in during January was a great success! It was hard for me, but I'm so glad I stuck it out.
I LOST 9 POUNDS!!!
I also learned a lot about how to create healthier foods on my budget, and while I know I will still have some processed foods, overall I will be doing my best to keep to whole foods. Also, I seem to have managed to kick my Coca-Cola habit. I will have some now and then, but it no longer tastes good enough to me for me to waste the calories on it on a daily basis.
